COMMON NAME: Yuzu citrus

BOTANICAL NAME: Cirus junos.

HABIT: Forms an attractive upright small tree. Large glossy green leaves, delicate white flowers and bright yellow fruit.

HEIGHT: Grows to about 4 metres.

WIDTH: Spans to approximately 2.5 metres.

CLIMATE INFO: The Yuzu originated and grows wild in central China. Yuzu citrus will thrive in warm tropical and sub-tropical environments. It also has the ability to tolerate cold winters

GARDEN USES: A beautiful upright evergreen citrus tree. Great specimen plant

CULINARY USES: The fruit, rind and leaves are traditionally used as flavouring in Asian dishes.
