COMMON NAME: Banana passionfruit

BOTANICAL NAME: Passiflora supersect. Tacsonia

HABBIT: Climbing and rambling vine that will cling to vertical structures.

HEIGHT: Can grow up to 4 metres if the structure allows.

WIDTH: Can span up to 7 metres if the structure allows.

CLIMATE INFO: Very tolerant of both cooler areas and warm zones.

GARDEN USES: Great when trained as a screen. Good bee attractant.

CULINARY USES: The pulp of the large Banana shaped pods is sweet and delicious.

CONTAINER TYPE: 55mm Nursery Tube. (Tube diagonal width is 55mm, Tube height is 85mm).

CURRENT PLANT HEIGHT: Approximately 100mm to 150mm.
