COMMON NAME: Mint Julip.
BOTANICAL NAME: Mentha spicata.
HABIT: An evergreen rambling ground cover with richly coloured green leaves.
HEIGHT: Will get up to about 300mm.
WIDTH: May span to over a metre.
CLIMATE INFO: Frost sensitive. Will grow in full sun to shade areas. Requires extra moisture during the hot periods.
GARDEN USES: An attractive ground cover that will spill over edges.
CULINARY USES: The uniquely flavoured mint has a very fresh flavour and is used in drinks and salads.
CONTAINER TYPE: 55mm Nursery Tube. (Tube diagonal width is 55mm, Tube height is 85mm).
CURRENT PLANT HEIGHT: Approximately 100mm to 150mm.
