Lemon (Bush)

COMMON NAME: Bush Lemon.

BOTANICAL NAME: Citrus × taitensis.

HABIT: A large bush or small tree. Evergreen with large green leaves.

HEIGHT: Gets up to 4 to 5 metres.

WIDTH: Spans about 2 metres.

CLIMATE INFO: Grows best in moderate to warm zones.

GARDEN USES: A nice green, evergreen tree that can feature quite well. Also used as a rootstock for grafting citrus.

CULINARY USES: The fruit is uniquely acidic. Great in cooking.
