HABIT:A tight clumping grass with green/blue, narrow, weeping leaves. Produces lovely red tinged seed spikes in the warm time of year.
HEIGHT: Gets up to about 90cm.
WIDTH: Large clumps can span about 340cm.
CLIMATE INFO:Grows in most places in most soil types. Young plants can be weak in frost.
GARDEN USES:A great re-vegetation species. Also when mass planted the weeping nature combined with the drifting seed heads can create a mesmerising effect in the landscape.
CULINARY USES:Can be used as a native type of wheat to make bread.
